ORDERING
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, PayPal, and Google Pay. Payment must be successfully completed before we can process your order.
I didn't get a confirmation email. What do I do?
Email us at shop@a24films.com. It’s possible your payment was not successfully processed, one of the items in your cart is out of stock, or there was an issue with your email address.
What do I do if something is out of stock?
Sign up for the waitlist. You'll be the first to know if we restock.
What is the status of my order?
All chocolate orders are expected to ship in December. Orders ship on Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday via 2-Day shipping. Orders placed after 9am ET on Wednesday will be processed the following Monday.
What do I do if I have another question or issue?
Email us at shop@a24films.com. Please include your order number in the subject line if you have one.
SHIPPING
What is your shipping policy?
All chocolate orders are expected to ship in December. Orders ship out on Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday only. Any orders placed after 9am ET Wednesday, through Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Due to shipping constraints, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, AFB, and International addresses.Â
We recommend that someone be available to accept your perishable chocolate.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all fifty states. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, AFB, U.S. territories and International addresses.Â
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $15, regardless of order size or quantity.Â
I messed up my address! Can I fix it?
Email us as soon as possible at shop@a24films.com with your order number and the correct address. We can update your address as long as your order hasn’t already shipped. Unfortunately, once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
My order says it's been delivered, but I haven't received anything. What should I do?
A24 is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen, but email us at shop@a24films.com and we will try to help figure it out. Please include your order number in the subject line.
RETURNS &Â CANCELLATIONS
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t already shipped. If you would like to make a change, please email us as soon as possible at shop@a24films.com and include your order number in the subject line.
Can I exchange or return my order?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on our chocolate products.
How long does the refund take to process?
It usually takes 5 to 10 business days for a refund to be credited back to your account. We can only issue a refund to the original payment method.
A24 reserves the right to cancel any fraudulent or suspicious orders.
